Buenos Aires kid obsessed with physics and electronics. Read constantly. Built things that usually broke. Three years into an Electronic Engineering degree, dropped out to specialize in acoustics and sound electronics instead.

Talked my way into an industry I knew nothing about, implementing Latin America's first fiber-optic concert sound system. Worked for the Rolling Stones, Madonna, Hans Zimmer, Pharrell Williams, AC/DC — one Latin Grammy-winning.

Taught myself to code. Gave free programming education to thousands who couldn't otherwise afford it. Ran Buenos Aires' Science, Technology and Innovation office — 120 people, real bureaucracy. Sold two companies.

Co-founded H+Trace to fix the most overlooked failure point in healthcare — how biological samples are actually handled. 30M+ samples traced. Backed by Techstars, Endeavor, Plug and Play. Now expanding internationally.

I'm CEO of H+Trace. We recently launched a new product that made us the most widely used preanalytical solution in the world. It's the kind of problem I love: unglamorous, essential, and worth getting exactly right.

I also mentor founders and early-stage startups, through the Tampa Bay Wave accelerator and with interesting founders I meet along the way. I'm also a regular guest lecturer at universities — I've been teaching a class at Universidad del CEMA's Postgraduate in Digital Business program for six years now. I only get involved in things that make a positive change in the world. Purpose is what decides
where I spend my time.

I feel privileged, and grateful for what I've been given, so giving back isn't a chore for me. It's the part I enjoy most.

Outside of work, I'm happily married and the father of two wonderful children. I travel a lot, more than I'd like. I'm not someone who enjoys meeting a lot of people, but I love meeting people smarter than me. I take care of my body and mind, and I surround myself with people who believe obstacles are just a matter of time.
